HI, I'M LISA- FOUNDER OF SOMA RISE STUDIOS!
This work is rooted in my transformation—a journey that led me from a fast-paced corporate life to a path of creative healing, alignment, and a deeper connection to myself.
I understand the complexities and beauty of that unfolding, and I'm here to hold space as you navigate your own.
Soma means "body," and in ancient traditions, it also refers to a sacred, nourishing elixir that brings vitality, inner clarity, and a sense of wholeness.
Rise speaks to awakening, reclaiming, and becoming.
Together, Soma Rise is a call to rise from within—through the body, creativity, and alignment.
Through years of study and lived experience—Vāstu, Intentional Creativity® and medicine painting, Shamanic practice, Vedic Astrology, Astrocartography, mediumship, and holistic wellness—I have learned that something powerful unfolds when we tend to our space and spirit.
